Based in Santa Rosa, CCE provides civil engineering design and consulting across the North Bay — with the deepest project experience in Sonoma County.
Sonoma County
CCE is based in Santa Rosa and works throughout Sonoma County, including Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Windsor, Sebastopol, Healdsburg, the city of Sonoma, Cloverdale, and unincorporated Sonoma County. For parcels without municipal sewer, on-site wastewater systems in the county are reviewed under Permit Sonoma’s Local Agency Management Program (LAMP) — a process CCE designs around directly (see our Wastewater & Septic System Design page).
Napa County
CCE provides civil engineering services for development, municipal, and property-owner clients throughout Napa County. On-site wastewater systems are reviewed through Napa County’s own environmental health department, under standards separate from Sonoma County’s.
Marin County
CCE provides civil engineering services throughout Marin County, where on-site wastewater review runs through Marin County’s environmental health department under its own separate standards and process.
